Details

Remote MCP and a key
Live: MCP over HTTP with your agent key (header X-NW-User-Key), and plain HTTP for bots. Pending: OAuth 2.1 sign-in for Claude, ChatGPT and Grok connectors.
A read or write hint on every tool
Every Torii tool carries a title and read-only or destructive hints, so a host can set its own default approval. Reading and writing are separate tools.
Clear names and one-line titles
Live: names are mandate_*, agent_* and transfer_report, each with a title. Pending: the default tool listing does not carry them yet; add ?profile=full to the MCP address.
Limits discovery
mandate_get returns the numbered clauses and one limits block, every number with its source: allowed, used, left today, left in total, the largest single action, and when the 24-hour window next frees room. A revoke link is not in it yet.
Preview, then commit
Not built. Today you build the call, sign it yourself and report it. There is no preview and no quote id yet.
An idempotency key on writes
Live on reporting an event and on reporting a transfer: a repeat returns the first result. Not on propose or policy writes. Accept and stop are safe to repeat on their own.
Machine-readable refusals
Every refusal names a reason, says whether a retry can help, shows how much is left where that applies, and lists the next calls. An approval link is not part of it yet.
Owner approval above a threshold
Not built. The owner can set an amount above which the agent should ask, and it is stored on the card, but nothing enforces it or sends the owner a link yet.
Honest status and webhooks
Live: results start as reported and become confirmed only when the chain says so. Pending: signed webhooks for fills, limits reached, revokes and approvals.
Instruction, evidence and a receipt
Live: a one-page skill.md for any harness. Pending: attach an instruction and evidence to each action, and a signed receipt.
